Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Afro Digital website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the website or our services. 'Afro Digital' refers to Afro Digital Innovation Labs and its affiliated team.

Our Services

Afro Digital provides software development, AI integration, cloud and DevOps, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services for businesses in Ethiopia and beyond. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in each engagement agreement, which takes precedence over this page where there is a conflict.

Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and code—is the property of Afro Digital unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our prior written consent. Deliverables built for clients are owned by the client once final payment is settled.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or our services. In particular you will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
• Use the services in a way that violates Ethiopian law or any applicable regulations.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the services without permission.

Payments & Invoicing

Fees and payment schedules are agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable according to the agreed terms. Late payments may pause active work until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Limitation of Liability

The website is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afro Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the relevant engagement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, subject to Ethiopian commercial law.
